Seven rituals. One tradition. Each AYUWAVE ritual is rooted in Sri Lankan Ayurvedic practice, standardised together with an Ayurvedic physician in Sri Lanka and performed by our trained therapist with warm herbal oils and preparations from the island. Every ritual, from 45 to 90 minutes, begins with 15 minutes of SiWAVE®, a gentle, calming arrival phase that lets your body settle before the first touch. What follows is time that belongs entirely to you.

Three considered phases: technology prepares, attentive hands deepen the experience, and stillness integrates.
You begin on the standing platform, hands resting on the rails. For 15 minutes its gentle vertical movement invites you to loosen, sense your body and arrive.
Once prepared, warm Ayurvedic oil and flowing touch draw you deeper into the massage, shaped by Hiranthi's Sri Lankan tradition.
Oil and pressure can be discussed beforehand. Classic oil is available on request.
A few quiet minutes allow the experience to settle, leaving space for a sense of grounding, clarity and lightness.
Every session is given by Hiranthi Ranasingha, a Sri Lankan therapist, working with warm oil in a quiet room, one guest at a time.
